Book A Private Painting Party

In-Studio Parties

You Can choose from two sizes 11×14 or 16×20 for a better working area. At the time of booking a deposit of $50 is required to reserve your party, it will be applied to the total cost of your party. We have a capacity of 35 participants in the studio, for larger groups please request accommodations with one of our partner venues. Parties usually last 90 minutes of instruction time and 30minutes for mingle. You can add more time for socializing in increments of 30 minutes for an additional fee of $50 per increment.

Virtual party

How does it work?

• Plan your date and time, (keep in mind different times zone for your guests) We are in Utah (MT)
• We require at least 7 days in advance to book your party.
• We ship the materials to each participant or to one location.
• Once materials are shipped for your group, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
• We require the total balance of your party to be paid before your event.

Party To Go

If you prefer your location, we can do that too!

• Add the $60 Party to Go fee during the checkout process. An additional $2 per mile round trip plus drive time will be added based on your location from Hands on Art (Farmington, UT.)
• We can run your party with a minimum of 8 participants to any number. There is an additional fee after 8 painters of $25-$30. We will provide all the staff needed to meet the needs of your party, as well as all the materials for each painter. Any party with more than 25 participants requires an assistant, please add an additional $15 fee per hour. Estimate 4 hours including travel time, set up, running the paint night, cleaning after, including paint brushes clean up at the studio.
• You are responsible for the set-up of tables, with proper table covers, and to protect furniture from paint spills.
• For a large group of participants, please contact us for information on optional venues.

Additional Information

1. You can select a painting below or request a customized painting for only $45
2. At the time of booking a deposit of $50 is required to reserve your party, it will be applied to the total cost of your party. 
3.  A minimum of 8 participants is required to book a private party. For smaller groups, join any of our weekly Paint Nights.
4. For Virtual parties, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking, the deposit will be applied to the total cost of the party. Full payment is required before the event.
5. Virtual parties shipping, we are not responsible for delays in the shipping. In the event that art kits aren’t delivered by the time of your scheduled party, we will re-schedule your party to our next available time.
